In short
Keep work, talk and payments on Belancer, be honest, and respect other people. Breaking these rules leads to strikes; 3 strikes start a suspension review.
Closed beta text. Belancer's lawyer in Bangladesh reviews this policy before public launch.
Stay on Belancer
Until an order is finished, keep talking, sharing files and paying on Belancer. That is how Payment Secured, reviews and disputes protect both sides. Do not share phone numbers, emails, messaging handles or payment details to move a deal elsewhere, and do not ask others to. Belancer hides contact details in messages automatically.
Not allowed
- Fake accounts, more than one seller account, or using someone else's identity.
- Scams, phishing, asking for passwords or one-time codes.
- Fake or swapped reviews, and paying for reviews.
- Work that breaks the law or other people's rights, including copied work.
- Hate, harassment, threats, and adult or violent content.
- Spam, and sending the same proposal or message to many people.
Strikes
- A first strike is a warning.
- A second strike limits the account for 7 days.
- 3 strikes start a suspension review.
- A strike expires after 180 days.
Serious cases, such as fraud, can lead to suspension at once.
Reporting
Use "Report" on any profile, gig, message or order. Reports are private; the person reported is not told who reported them.
Appeals
You can appeal a strike or limit from the notice you receive. A different staff member reviews the appeal.
