Who looks after your data
HyperTAG Solutions Ltd (Bangladesh) (accounts in Bangladesh) and HyperTAG Ltd (UK) (accounts outside Bangladesh) are responsible for your personal data on Belancer.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, phone, country, language and password (stored scrambled, never readable).
- Identity check (sellers): your ID document photos, a selfie and the details on the document. These are kept in a private store that only trained staff can open.
- Your work on Belancer: profiles, gigs, orders, messages, files, reviews and support requests.
- Payments: amounts, currencies and payout methods. Card details stay with the payment provider; we never see them.
- Device and usage: sign-in times, device and browser, pages used and error reports, so we can keep accounts safe and fix problems.
Why we use it
- To run your account, orders, payments and withdrawals.
- To keep Belancer safe: spotting fake accounts, scams and attempts to take payments off Belancer.
- To meet the law, including tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering rules.
- To improve Belancer, using counts and trends rather than single people where we can.
- To send you messages you can control in your settings. Marketing only with your consent.
Who we share it with
Only with services that help us run Belancer (payment providers, email and SMS senders, hosting), with the other side of an order when needed for the work, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
- Payment and accounting records: 7 years.
- Identity check files: 5 years after the account closes.
- Messages: 3 years.
- Server logs: 90 days.
- A deleted account can be restored for 30 days; after that it is removed, apart from records the law makes us keep.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.
