Terms of Service.

Closed beta text. Belancer's lawyer in Bangladesh reviews these terms before public launch; the reviewed version will replace this one with notice.

Who you are agreeing with

Belancer is operated by HyperTAG Solutions Ltd (Bangladesh) for accounts in Bangladesh (paying and earning in Taka) and by HyperTAG Ltd (UK) for accounts outside Bangladesh (paying in US dollars). The company for your account is shown on every receipt and invoice.

Your account

• One account and one sign-in work across every Belancer app. Keep your password and codes to yourself; Belancer staff will never ask for them.
• The details you give must be true. Sellers verify their phone and their identity before they can sell or withdraw (see the Seller, ID check and Withdrawal Policy).
• You can hire and sell from the same account. Your country decides your currency.

Currencies

Clients whose sign-up country is Bangladesh pay in Taka (BDT); everyone else pays in US dollars (USD). Prices are set and paid in that one currency and are never converted. The only conversion on Belancer is a seller choosing to convert their own USD balance to Taka, at a rate shown and confirmed before it happens.

Orders and Payment Secured

When a client pays for an order, a milestone or a week of hourly work, the money is held in Payment Secured until the work is approved. It is released when the client approves, when an order auto-completes 3 days after delivery without a reply, when a milestone is approved automatically after 7 days, or when a dispute is decided. Fees

• Sellers pay a Belancer fee of 10% on gigs, 10% on projects, 10% on hourly work and 10% on consultations, taken when money is released.
• Clients pay a service fee of 0% in Taka and 5% in US dollars, shown before paying.
• The lowest gig price is — or —.
• An order keeps the fee it was placed with. Fee changes are announced at least 14 days ahead.

Reviews

After an order ends, both sides have 14 days to leave an honest review. Reviews cannot be bought, swapped or traded for discounts.

Using Belancer fairly

Talk, share files and pay only on Belancer until an order is finished. Sharing phone numbers, emails or payment details to move a deal elsewhere breaks the Acceptable Use Policy and can lead to strikes, limits or suspension.

When things go wrong

Raise an issue from the order first. If you cannot agree, open a dispute; Belancer decides from the order record (see the Order, Cancellation and Dispute Policy).

Changes to these terms

We publish every change here with its effective date and keep older versions readable. A change that affects your rights starts at least 14 days after we publish it, and we tell you by email.
