Inside a program
From your first question to your certificate
- 1Ask to join
Answer the mentor's short questions so they know where you are starting.
- 2Pay safely
Belancer holds your payment and pays the mentor in parts: some at the start, some for each session, the rest at the end.
- 3Learn in the batch room
Lessons open over time, the call link is there for each live session, and the mentor marks the homework you hand in.
- 4Talk to your batch
A group chat for the whole batch and a private chat with your mentor. Phone numbers and emails stay hidden.
- 5Earn your certificate
Meet the program's rules for attendance, homework and the final, and get a certificate with a code anyone can check.
- 6Review each other
When the batch ends, you and your mentor review each other. Neither sees the other's review until both are in.

Questions
Who are the mentors?
Freelancers with real experience on Belancer. Every mentor passes an ID check, a talent review and an interview with a short sample lesson.
What is the difference between a 1:1 session and a program?
A 1:1 session is one video call about your own work. A program runs for a few weeks with a small batch: lessons, live sessions, homework, quizzes and a certificate.
How do I pay?
In BDT or USD, by the methods shown at checkout. Belancer holds the money and pays the mentor as the session or program happens.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel a program well before it starts for a full refund. After it starts, the parts already delivered stay with the mentor and the rest comes back to you.
Is the certificate real?
Each certificate has its own code. Anyone can check it on Belancer, and Belancer can take it back if the rules were not met.
Can I become a mentor?
Yes, if you have real experience and enjoy teaching. Apply, and Belancer reviews every application.
