If you've used your free credits, you can buy a credit pack. There are three packs, Starter, Popular and Power, and bigger packs include more bonus credits. You pay in your account's currency with the same methods as any order: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card or bank in Bangladesh, or card or PayPal elsewhere. Bought credits never expire.
Before you start
- A freelancer or agency account.
- A payment method for your currency.
- Check how many credits you need: proposals cost 2 credits each.
Steps
1Open Belancer credits
From the account menu choose Belancer credits, then Buy credits.
2Choose a pack
- Each pack shows its price in your account currency.
- Pick the one that fits how many proposals you plan to send.
Each pack shows its credits plus the bonus credits. USD accounts see USD prices instead.
3Pay at checkout
You go to Confirm and pay. Choose your method and pay as usual. See paying with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card or paying with card or PayPal.
4See your new balance
When the payment is confirmed, the credits are added to Your credits and appear in your history as a purchase.
What happens next
You get a receipt by email and an invoice in Statements & invoices. You can spend the credits straight away on proposals, boosts, sealed proposals or AI tools.
Troubleshooting
- "Buying credits opens soon." Packs aren't open for you yet.
- A pack is missing. It has no price in your currency yet, so it's hidden.
- Paid but no credits. Wait a moment and refresh. If the payment shows as completed but no credits arrive, contact support with the invoice number.
- Payment failed. No money was taken. See payment wasn't completed.
Good to know
- Prices are set by Belancer and can change; the pack card always shows the current price.
- Bonus credits count like any bought credit and never expire.
- Agencies: agency proposals spend credits from the agency's own pool.
- Your currency only: you only see prices in your account's currency.
- How many to buy: count the proposals you plan to send this month and add a few boosts for projects that really fit you. A pack that covers a month of steady proposing is usually the best value.
- Spending order: reward credits that are about to expire are used before bought credits, so buying never makes you lose free credits.
- Purchase history: every pack appears in your credit history with the invoice, so you can match credits to payments.
Tip: Before buying, finish the welcome journey. It gives you free credits for things you'll do anyway.
Note: Credits can't be withdrawn or converted to money.
