"Did this solve your problem?": the quick question after help

In short. After a mentor intro, session, program, consultation or match we ask one short question: did it solve your problem? Your answer improves what we recommend. It takes 4 steps: Open the question; Tap your answer; Say why, if you want; Skip when you prefer.

On this page

About a day after you get help on Belancer, we ask Did this solve your problem? It takes one tap. You can answer Yes, Partly or No, add a reason if you like, or skip. Answers are counted per provider and per goal, and they help us pick better matches. Nobody sees your answer next to your name.

Before you start

  • You are asked after a mentor intro, a mentor session, a program, a consultation or a match you acted on.

Steps

1Open the question

Tap the message or the prompt you receive, or open How did it go? If nothing is waiting, the page says there is nothing to answer right now.

2Tap your answer

Tap Yes, Partly or No. Yes counts fully, Partly counts half and No counts nothing in the solved rate.

3Say why, if you want

For Partly or No you can pick a reason: not relevant, too expensive, wrong language, too advanced, the provider did not show up, not enough time or already solved. You can skip this.

4Skip when you prefer

Tap Skip to close the question. We will not ask again about the same thing.

If something goes wrong

  • I do not see any question. Questions come after a session, program, consultation or match. If none is waiting, the page says so.
  • I answered by mistake. Contact support from Contact support and tell us which one.

Note: Answers are used to improve recommendations and are never sold.
