Offer affiliate commission on your products and decide who joins

In short. Put a product into the affiliate programme, choose the total percentage, send it for review, then pause, resume or end it and approve affiliates. It takes 4 steps: See your offers; Create an offer; Send, pause, resume or end; Decide on joins.

On this page

You can let affiliates promote your products and pay them only when an order comes in. You choose one total percentage for each product. Belancer splits it between the affiliate and Belancer. It comes on top of the normal Belancer fee, and the normal fee is never reduced.

Before you start

  • Test mode. While you see Test mode: no money is paid, the commissions are practice numbers and nothing is taken from your earnings.
  • Belancer sets the limits. The percentage you offer must stay within the lowest and highest Belancer allows for that kind of product. If it is outside, the page tells you the allowed range. Some kinds of product also need an end date.
  • A new offer starts as a draft. It goes live only after Belancer reviews and approves it.

Steps

1See your offers

Open Affiliate offers for my products. Each offer shows its status: Draft, In review, Live, Paused or Ended, with the percentage offered. If Belancer asked for changes, the note is shown under the offer.

2Create an offer

Select New offer. Choose the kind of product and the product (for a gig, pick it from your list). Enter the total percentage. Leave it empty to use Belancer's usual percentage. Choose how many months it pays on repeat sales (0 for a single sale), and how long a click stays tracked. Decide whether any approved affiliate can join or you approve each one. Add a short text in English and in Bangla: who it is for, up to three selling points and who it is not for. Then Save as draft.

3Send, pause, resume or end

On a draft, select Send for review. When it is live you can Pause it, and later Resume it. End offer stops it for good. If you raise the percentage, it applies at once. If you lower it on a live offer, the new percentage starts after a notice period, and people already sent keep their rate.

4Decide on joins

Offers set to I approve each one wait for you. Under Affiliates asking to join you see who asked and where they promote. Select Approve or Decline. An approved affiliate gets a tracked link at once.

Offer a course

An approved teacher can offer a published course the same way: in Create an offer choose Course as the kind of product. Belancer sets the allowed percentage for courses (at least 30%, at most 70%). The percentage you offer is the affiliate's part. Belancer's own share of an affiliate deal is set separately (20% of the price today) and, while it is charged on top, it is taken from you together with the normal fee (20%). The fee card in your course editor shows what you keep with and without an affiliate before you decide. The commission is made only when the sale is released after the student's refund window, and it is paid from your Available balance; a refunded sale never pays one. Open Affiliate offers for my products (or the link in the fee card) to make the offer.

If something goes wrong

  • "That percentage is outside what Belancer allows." Use a percentage inside the range shown.
  • "This product is already in the programme." Each product has one offer. Edit the existing one.
  • "Pick the date this offer ends." This kind of product needs an end date.
  • "You have reached the number of offers allowed." End an offer you no longer need.
  • Nothing happens on a button. The offer may be in review or already ended. Reload the page.
