Chat with us from Help.

Help is the fastest place to start: type a few words and open the article that fits. If you do not find your answer, chat with us. Belancer's assistant answers first, using only the Help articles. When it cannot answer well, it hands you over to the support team with your question already in the chat.

Before you start

• You can use Help and chat without signing in. Sign in if your question is about your account or an order.

Steps

1Search Help

Open Help, type a few words in the search box, for example "withdraw", and tap Search. Bangla words work too.

2Open the chat

If no article fits, tap the chat bubble in the corner of the screen. You can drag the bubble if it covers something. The assistant replies in the language you write in.

3Ask for a person

Say you want a person, or tap the option to talk to the team. The conversation moves to support with everything you wrote.

4Send a message instead

If you would rather write once and wait for an email reply, tap Send us a message, pick a topic and describe your question. You get a ticket number.

If something goes wrong

• I do not see the chat bubble. Live chat may be off for now. Use Send us a message instead.
• The assistant did not understand. Rephrase in fewer words, or ask for a person.
• I want to follow up on a ticket. Reply to the email we sent you. See Contact support.

Note: Never share your password or a one-time code in chat. Belancer staff never ask for them.
