On this page
You can request a managed project in about two minutes without creating an account. Describe the job (or record a voice message), check the draft Belancer writes for you, add your name, phone and email, verify your phone with one SMS code, and choose Submit request. A project manager then calls you.
Before you start
- Your mobile phone, to receive one SMS code.
- A rough budget and a good time for a call.
- Microphone access if you want to record (your browser will ask).
Steps
1Describe
On the Managed projects page, in What do you need?, write a few lines in Bangla or English (a short sentence is too little), or choose Record a voice message. Use Stop, Play, Record again or Delete as needed. Choose Start my project.
2Check the draft
Belancer suggests a category, a Project title and a project story from what you wrote or said. Edit anything, or ask for a new draft. With a voice message, the title is optional.
3Add your details
Fill in your name, mobile number with country code, email, company name (optional), target budget, the time window when you'd like a call, and tick the consent to be contacted.
4Verify your phone
Choose Send code to verify. Type the SMS code on the same page (on many phones it fills in by itself). Tick the "I'm not a robot" check if shown.
5Submit
Choose Submit request. You see that your PM will call within 4 hours, and we email you a private tracking link.
What happens next
Your request appears on the tracking page as Request received, then Project manager assigned. Your PM calls, prepares a Plan & quote, and you approve it. See how managed projects work.
Troubleshooting
- "Write a few lines, or record a voice message." Your text is too short. Add detail or record instead.
- "We couldn't use your microphone." Allow the microphone in your browser settings, or type your brief.
- "This browser can't record here." Type your brief, or try another browser.
- "Your voice message is too long." Record a shorter one, up to 180 seconds.
- The code didn't arrive. Check the number and country code, wait, then ask for a new code.
- "You sent enough requests for today." Your PM will call you about the request you already sent.
Good to know
- No sign-up needed: we create a simple account linked to your phone and email, which you can claim later by setting a password.
- Privacy: your phone and email are seen only by your PM and staff, and every view is logged.
- Already a Belancer user? Use the same phone or email and your request joins your existing account.
Tip: Speak naturally, as you would on a call: what the business is, what you need, when, and your budget.
Note: Submitting a request doesn't commit you to anything. You pay only after you approve a plan and fund a milestone.
Questions and answers
Can I send a voice message instead of typing?
Yes. Record a voice message of up to 180 seconds in Bangla or English. With a voice message, typing a brief is optional.
Who can hear my voice message?
Only you, your assigned project manager and Belancer staff. We also turn it into text to help write your draft.
Why do I need to verify my phone?
So your PM can reach you and to keep fake requests out. You type one SMS code on the same page.
Can I edit what the AI wrote?
Yes. The suggested title and project story are fully editable, and you can ask for a new draft.
How many requests can I send?
Up to 3 per phone number a day. Your PM will call you about the first one.
What currency is my budget in?
It follows your phone's country: BDT for Bangladeshi numbers, USD for others.
