Nagad works just like bKash on Belancer. Add a Nagad account in your own name as a payout account, then withdraw any Available BDT to it. You'll see the Nagad fee and exactly what you'll receive before you confirm with an SMS code. Most Nagad withdrawals arrive within minutes once they're sent.

Before you start

  • An approved ID check and a verified phone number.
  • A Nagad account registered in the name on your ID.
  • That Nagad account saved under Payout accounts and past its waiting time (24 hours for a new account).
  • Available BDT. USD can't be withdrawn yet; converting it to BDT opens soon.

Steps

1Add Nagad as a payout account (first time only)

Go to Belancer Balance › Payout accounts › Add a payout account, choose Nagad, enter the Nagad number and Account holder name ("Exactly as on your ID"), then confirm with the SMS code. See add a payout account.

2Open Withdraw

On the BDT card, choose Withdraw.

3Choose Nagad under To

Pick your Nagad account. If it says "New account: waits before its first payout", the waiting time isn't over yet.

4Enter the amount and check the summary

Type the amount or choose All. The Summary shows the amount, Fee (৳0), You receive and To.

5Confirm

Choose Withdraw, enter the SMS Code and choose Confirm withdrawal.

What happens next

You see Withdrawal requested. The money shows as Being paid out until it's sent in the next batch, then you get an email. If our team checks it first, the message says so, and you're emailed when it's approved.

Troubleshooting

  • "Check the number." Enter the Nagad number with the right digits, without spaces.
  • "The account must be in the name on your ID." Use a Nagad account registered to you.
  • "Saved. The name is close to your ID, so our team checks it first." Wait for Approved by our team.
  • "This kind of payout is switched off right now." Nagad payouts are paused; use bKash or a bank for now.
  • "Withdrawal returned". The Nagad provider refused it. The money is Available again; check the account is active and in your name.

Good to know

  • Same daily limit applies across bKash, Nagad and bank together.
  • Fees differ by method: compare bKash, Nagad and bank fees on the summary before you confirm.
  • Same rules everywhere: batch times, reviews and safety pauses work exactly as for bKash. See withdrawal review and limits.
  • Removing an account: choose Remove next to it. Withdrawals already on the way aren't affected.

Tip: Make your most-used account the Default so it's picked automatically.

Note: Rocket is a payment method for clients at checkout. It isn't a withdrawal method.
