Once your earnings are Available, you can send them to your own bKash account in a few taps. Belancer shows the fee and exactly what you'll receive before you confirm, and asks for an SMS code so no one else can move your money. Withdrawals are in BDT only, and the bKash account must be in the same name as your ID.
Before you start
- An approved ID check. See ID check (eKYC).
- A verified mobile number.
- A bKash payout account in your name, added and past its waiting time. See add a payout account.
- Available BDT. USD earnings can't be withdrawn yet; converting them to BDT opens soon.
Steps
1Open Withdraw
Go to Belancer Balance and choose Withdraw on the BDT card.
2Check From and To
From shows "Available in BDT". Under To, choose your bKash account. It shows "Usually within minutes".
3Enter the amount
Type the amount or choose All. Under the box you see "Minimum … · maximum … · left today …" for your limits.
4Check the summary
The Summary shows Withdraw, Fee (৳0 for bKash), You receive and To. Choose Withdraw with the amount on the button.
5Confirm with the SMS code
"We'll send a code to your phone to confirm." Enter the Code and choose Confirm withdrawal.
6Done
You see Withdrawal requested. Either "… is on its way to bKash. We'll email you when it's sent." or, if our team checks it first, "Our team checks this withdrawal first."
What happens next
The amount moves to Being paid out on your balance. It's sent in the next batch (11:00,16:00 Asia/Dhaka). You get an email when it's sent. Withdrawals up to ৳5,000 are usually approved automatically; larger ones are checked. See withdrawal review and limits.
Troubleshooting
- "This is below the minimum withdrawal" / "above the most you can withdraw at once". Change the amount.
- "This goes over today's withdrawal limit." Withdraw the rest tomorrow.
- "The amount must be more than the fee." Enter a larger amount.
- "This payout account is new and waits a little before its first payout." New accounts wait 24 hours.
- "Turn on two-step sign-in before withdrawing." Turn it on in security settings. See two-step sign-in.
- "Withdrawals are paused for a short while for your safety." This follows a password, phone or payout account change.
- "Your balance is on hold. Contact support." Contact support.
- The withdrawal came back. You see "Withdrawal returned" in Transactions, and the money is Available again. Check that your bKash number is right and active.
Good to know
- Name match: the bKash account must be registered in the name on your ID.
- Several accounts: you can keep up to 5 payout accounts and choose one as Default.
- Statements: each withdrawal appears in your monthly statement.
Important: Belancer will never ask you to send money to "unlock" a withdrawal. Report anyone who does.
Tip: Withdraw before the batch time to get your money the same day.
