The Seller, ID check and Withdrawal Policy covers who can sell on Belancer, how the identity check works, the rules for payout accounts and withdrawals, and converting USD earnings. This article explains it in plain words. The binding text is the Seller, ID check and Withdrawal Policy page.

Before you start

  • You can browse and buy without an ID check. Selling and withdrawing need one.
  • Read it with the Terms of Service, which set the seller fees.

Steps

1Who can sell

Anyone with a Belancer account can become a seller after finishing their seller profile, verifying a mobile number and passing the ID check. One person, one seller account.

2The ID check

Upload clear photos of your ID (front and back) and take a selfie. A trained reviewer compares them. If something is unclear, you're told what to fix and can try again. See ID check.

3Payout accounts

Add bKash, Nagad or a bank account. The name must match your ID. A new or changed payout account can be used after 24 hours.

4Withdrawals

  • Withdraw money that's Available, after the Pending period.
  • Each withdrawal is between ৳500 and ৳5,00,000, up to ৳10,00,000 a day.
  • Withdrawals are paid in BDT. Large or unusual withdrawals may be checked by a second person.

5USD earnings

Convert your own USD balance to BDT at a rate shown before you confirm; the quote holds for 60 seconds. Nothing converts unless you choose.

What happens next

When the policy changes, the new version is published with an effective date; important changes are announced in advance and you may be asked to accept them.

Troubleshooting

  • My ID check was refused. Read the reason and try again with clearer photos.
  • My payout name doesn't match. Use an account in your name; close matches are checked by a person.
  • My withdrawal is waiting. It may be in review. See withdrawal review and limits.

Good to know

  • Your ID stays private: clients see a verified badge, never your documents or ID number.
  • Name match everywhere: every payout account, certificate and invoice uses the name from your ID check, so keep it consistent.
  • Agencies: the agency owner withdraws the agency's earnings and shares them with members.
  • Strikes don't block money you've already earned; only a fraud or safety hold, approved by a person, does.
  • Older versions of the policy stay readable.

Note: This article is a guide. The policy page is the binding text.

Tip: Finish your ID check and add a payout account early, so your first earnings can be withdrawn without delay.

Questions and answers

Can I have more than one seller account?

No. One person may have one seller account. Agencies are a separate kind of account you can start or join.

Which ID documents are accepted?

A national ID card, passport or birth certificate, front and back, plus a selfie. The ID check screen shows the accepted list for your country.

Are my ID documents shown to clients?

Never. They're kept privately and only trained reviewers can open them.

Why must my payout account be in my name?

It protects your earnings if someone else gets into your account, and it's required by payment rules.

Is there a withdrawal fee?

Only if a fee is shown before you confirm. The Withdraw screen always shows the fee and what you receive.
