On this page

The Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Belancer whenever you hire, sell or browse. This article explains the main points in plain words. It doesn't replace the legal text: read the full Terms of Service page, which always shows the version in force, its effective date and older versions.

Before you start

  • You accept the Terms when you create an account, and again when an important change needs it.
  • The Terms link to other policies for details: payments and refunds, orders and disputes, seller and withdrawals, acceptable use, privacy and cookies.

Steps

1Open the Terms page

Go to Policies and rules in the help centre or the footer, then Terms of Service. The page shows "Effective from" a date, a short summary box and a table of contents.

2Know who you agree with

Belancer is operated by HyperTAG Solutions Ltd (Bangladesh) for accounts in Bangladesh and by HyperTAG Ltd (UK) for accounts outside Bangladesh.

3Understand the key rules

  • One account: one sign-in for every Belancer app; keep your password and codes to yourself.
  • True details: sellers verify their phone and identity before selling or withdrawing.
  • One currency: Bangladesh pays in BDT, everyone else in USD; prices never convert. The only conversion is a seller converting their own USD to BDT.
  • Held payments: money is held as Payment Secured until work is approved, auto-completes or a dispute is decided.
  • Fees: sellers pay 10% on gigs (other services listed on the page); clients see any service fee before paying. Orders keep the fee they were placed with.
  • Reviews: both sides have 14 days to review; reviews can't be bought or swapped.
  • Fair use: talk, share and pay only on Belancer.

4Check older versions if needed

Use the version list to read what applied on an earlier date.

What happens next

When a new version needs your acceptance, Belancer asks you the next time you sign in, and records which version you accepted.

Troubleshooting

  • The page shows a "Closed beta text" note. The final text is being reviewed by Belancer's lawyer before public launch; the reviewed version will replace it with notice.
  • I can't find an older version. Open the version list on the Terms page.
  • I don't agree with a change. You can stop using Belancer and delete your account. See delete your account.

Good to know

  • Numbers come from live settings, so fees and days on the legal page always match the product.
  • Print-friendly: use the print view to save a copy.
  • Questions about the Terms: [email protected].

Note: This article is a guide. If it ever differs from the Terms of Service page, the Terms page is what counts.

Tip: Read the summary box at the top of each policy. It gives you the essentials in a minute.

Questions and answers

Who am I making an agreement with?

With the Belancer company for your currency: HyperTAG Solutions Ltd (Bangladesh) for accounts in Bangladesh, and HyperTAG Ltd (UK) for accounts outside Bangladesh. It's shown on every receipt and invoice.

Can I hire and sell from the same account?

Yes. One account works across every Belancer app, for both hiring and selling.

How will I know if the terms change?

Every change is published with its effective date and older versions stay readable. Changes that affect your rights start at least 14 days later, and we email you.

Which language wins if English and Bangla differ?

The legal page says which version prevails.

Is this article the legal text?
