On this page
For large payments or company payments in Bangladesh, you can pay by bank transfer. You send the exact amount from your own bank to Belancer's account using NPSB or RTGS, write your reference in the remarks, then tell us about the transfer. Our Finance team matches it, and your order starts as soon as it's confirmed.
Before you start
- A Bangladeshi bank account in your name or your company's name, with internet banking or a branch visit.
- An account in Bangladesh (bank transfer is a BDT method).
- A way to take a screenshot or PDF of the bank's confirmation.
Steps
1Choose bank transfer at checkout
On Confirm and pay, choose Bank transfer (NPSB) ("Send from any Bangladeshi bank; usually lands within minutes, checked by our team") or Bank transfer (RTGS) ("Same-day bank transfer for larger amounts, checked by our team"). Choose Pay.
2Copy Belancer's bank details
The Pay by bank transfer page shows Belancer's bank account: Bank, Account name, Account number, Branch and Routing number. Use Copy next to each one.
3Copy your reference
Your reference is unique to this payment. "Write this in the transfer remarks" so we can match your money.
4Send exactly the amount shown
The page shows Work, Service fee (if any) and Amount to send. Send exactly that amount: "A different amount can't be matched and will be sent back." Make the transfer from your bank.
5Tell us about your transfer
After the money has left your account, fill in Tell us about your transfer:
- Transaction ID (from your bank's confirmation screen or SMS)
- Your account number
- Name on your account (exactly as your bank shows it)
- Transfer date
- Proof of transfer: a screenshot or PDF, up to 10 MB
Choose Submit for review.
6Wait for confirmation
You see Sent for review: "our team confirms transfers within 24 hours on working days."
What happens next
- Transfer confirmed: "Your payment is in and the order has started. Next step: send your requirements." Choose Go to the order.
- We couldn't confirm this transfer: the reason is shown and emailed. Nothing was credited. Choose Pay another way, or contact support if the money left your bank.
Troubleshooting
- "The transfer date can't be in the future." Check the date you entered.
- "That file failed the virus check." Take a fresh screenshot or download a new PDF.
- "This checkout has ended." Start again from the gig or offer. If you already sent money, contact support with your transaction ID.
- The page says "Waiting for your transfer details". You haven't submitted the form yet; fill it in once the money has left your account.
- It's taking longer than expected. Weekends and bank holidays aren't working days. Check My orders or your email.
Good to know
- Company payments: pay as your company so the invoice carries its legal name, BIN or VAT number.
- Your money is held: once confirmed, the amount is kept as Payment Secured like any other payment.
- Refunds of bank transfers go to your Belancer Balance by default.
Important: Belancer's bank details only ever appear on this page inside your Belancer account. If someone sends you other bank details by message or email, don't pay. Report it.
Tip: Copy and paste the reference instead of typing it, to avoid mistakes.
Questions and answers
What's the difference between NPSB and RTGS?
NPSB works from any Bangladeshi bank and usually lands within minutes. RTGS is a same-day bank transfer meant for larger amounts.
How long does the check take?
Our team aims to confirm transfers within 24 hours on working days, and at most 72 hours.
What if I sent a different amount?
A different amount can't be matched and is sent back to you. Send exactly the amount shown, then submit the form.
I forgot to write the reference in the remarks. What now?
Submit the form anyway with your transaction ID and proof. Matching may take longer, and our team may contact you.
Who can see my proof file?
Only Belancer's Finance team.
Does my order start before the check?
No. Nothing is credited and the order doesn't start until our team confirms the transfer. You get an email either way.
