On this page
When a buyer pays for your gig, a new order appears in Orders with Your next step. Once requirements arrive, the delivery clock starts. When the work is ready, choose Deliver now, add a message and your files, check what's included, and choose Deliver work. The buyer approves the delivery or requests a revision; if they do nothing, the order completes automatically after 3 days.
Before you start
- Read the buyer's requirements and the package or offer you sold, under Details and What's included.
- Have your final files ready.
Steps
1Wait for requirements, or start without them
The order shows Waiting for requirements. We remind the buyer. If you have enough to begin, choose Start without requirements and confirm Start the order.
2Work and keep the buyer updated
The top card shows Deliver by a date and a countdown. Use the order's message box for updates. Need something? See more time, extras and questions.
3Deliver your work
Choose Deliver now. In Deliver your work:
- Write a Message explaining what you delivered and how to use it.
- Add Files.
- Check Check what's included: the buyer sees this list with your delivery.
Choose Deliver work. You see "Delivered. The buyer has been told."
4Handle a revision request
If the buyer chooses Request a revision, the order shows Revision requested with each change they asked for and how many revisions are used. Make the changes and choose Deliver revision. Revisions are due within 2 days.
5Get paid
When the buyer chooses Approve & complete order, or the review time passes, you see You got paid for this order. Your share (after Belancer's fee of 10%) is in Pending, with the date it becomes Available.
What happens next
The order is Completed and both sides are asked to leave a review. See reviews. All delivery files stay in the Files tab.
Troubleshooting
- The order is marked Late. Deliver as soon as you can. The buyer may cancel it instantly for a full refund. Next time, ask for more time before the due date.
- "Add a message or a file." A delivery needs at least one of them.
- A file is Blocked. It failed the virus check or is a blocked type. Send a ZIP or PDF instead.
- No revisions left. The buyer can only approve or report a problem. You can offer an extra for more revisions.
- The buyer says the work is wrong and won't approve. Talk first. If you can't agree, either side can use Report a problem. See report a problem.
Good to know
- Reminders: we remind you 24 hours before the due date, and the buyer 24 hours before automatic completion.
- Agency orders are delivered by the assigned member; the client sees "Agency · delivered by" the member.
- Prices are locked at checkout. Changing your gig doesn't affect this order.
Tip: Deliver a little early with a clear note and a short "how to use" guide. It leads to faster approvals and better reviews.
Important: Don't send work or ask for payment outside the order. Delivering through Belancer protects you if there's ever a question.
Questions and answers
When does the delivery clock start?
When the buyer submits the requirements. If they don't, you can choose Start without requirements.
What happens after I deliver?
The buyer reviews it. If they don't approve or ask for a revision within 3 days, the order completes automatically and you're paid.
How many revisions do I have to do?
As many as the package or offer includes. Extra revisions can be added with a paid extra.
What if I'm going to be late?
Ask for more time before the due date. Late orders count against your on-time rate, and the buyer can cancel a late order for a full refund.
When can I withdraw the money?
When the order completes, your share goes to Pending for 14 days, then becomes Available.
How big can delivery files be?
Each file can be up to 500 MB. For bigger work, split it into parts.
