A payout account is where Belancer sends your withdrawals: a bKash or Nagad number, or a Bangladeshi bank account. You add it once, confirm it with an SMS code, and after a short waiting time it's ready. It must be in the same name as your ID check, which is what keeps your earnings safe from anyone who might get into your account.

Before you start

  • An approved ID check. See ID check (eKYC).
  • A verified mobile number to receive the code.
  • The account details: the bKash or Nagad number, or bank, branch, routing number and account number.

Steps

1Open Payout accounts

Go to Belancer Balance and choose Payout accounts.

2Choose Add a payout account

Pick the Kind of account: bKash, Nagad or Bank account.

3Fill in the details

  • bKash number or Nagad number ("Must be in your name"), or
  • Bank, Branch, Routing number (printed on your cheque book) and Account number.
  • Account holder name: "Exactly as on your ID".

4Save and confirm with the code

Choose Save payout account. We send a code to your phone. Enter it and choose Confirm.

5Check the status

  • Name matches ID: ready after the waiting time ("Ready" with a date).
  • Being checked: "The name is close to your ID, so our team checks it first."
  • Approved by our team: checked and ready.
  • Refused: the name didn't match. Use an account in your name.

6Make one the default (optional)

Choose Make default next to the account you use most. Only an active account can be the default.

What happens next

We email and text you that a payout account was added. If it wasn't you, contact support right away. Once the account is ready, it appears under To on the Withdraw screen.

Troubleshooting

  • "Check the number." The mobile number or account number has the wrong format.
  • "The account must be in the name on your ID." Use your own account.
  • "You have the most payout accounts allowed." Remove one first.
  • "This kind of account isn't available right now." That method is paused; pick another.
  • "Verify your identity first." Finish your ID check.
  • Too many wrong codes. Wait, then ask for a new code.

Good to know

  • Removing an account: choose Remove and confirm. It doesn't affect withdrawals already on the way.
  • Changing your password or phone also pauses withdrawals for a short while, for the same safety reason.
  • Agencies: the agency owner manages payout accounts for the agency Balance.

Important: If you get an email or SMS about a new payout account you didn't add, change your password and contact support straight away.

Tip: Add your payout account as soon as your ID check is approved, so it's ready by the time your first earnings become Available.

Questions and answers

Why does a new payout account have to wait?

For your safety. If someone got into your account and added their bKash, the wait gives you time to notice the email and SMS and stop it. New accounts wait 24 hours.

How many payout accounts can I have?

Up to 5. You can remove one to add another.

My bKash is in my old name. What do I do?

Save it anyway. If the name is close to your ID, our team checks it. If it's refused, update the name with your provider or use another account.

Can I edit an account number?

Remove the account and add the correct one. Changes always go through the code check and the waiting time.

Can I add PayPal or Payoneer?

Not yet. Those appear only when USD withdrawals open.

Do I need an ID check first?

Yes. Payouts need an approved ID check, so we can match the account name to you.
