On this page
Belancer moves your money quickly, but a few rules keep it safe: a minimum and maximum per withdrawal, a daily limit, a small fee per method, fixed batch times, a team check for larger or unusual withdrawals, and short pauses after security changes. This page explains each one, so you know why a withdrawal is waiting and when it will move.
Before you start
- Open Belancer Balance to see your Available, Pending and Being paid out amounts.
- Look at the Rules box on the Withdraw screen. It lists the rules for your account.
Steps
1Know the amount limits
- Minimum: ৳500 per withdrawal.
- Maximum: ৳5,00,000 per withdrawal.
- Daily limit: ৳10,00,000 across all methods. The screen shows "left today".
2Know the fees
- bKash: ৳0
- Nagad: ৳0
- Bank: ৳0
The summary always shows Fee and You receive before you confirm.
3Know when money is sent
Approved withdrawals are sent in batches at 11:00,16:00 Asia/Dhaka. Mobile wallets usually arrive within minutes after that; banks credit on business days.
4Know what gets reviewed
- Withdrawals up to ৳5,000 are usually approved automatically.
- Larger ones are checked by Finance; from ৳50,000 two people approve it.
- A new seller's first 3 withdrawals are checked by hand.
- A payout account whose name is close to (not exactly) your ID is checked once.
5Know the safety pauses
Withdrawals pause for a short while after you change your password, phone number or payout account, or after support resets your two-step sign-in. The balance page tells you the date it lifts. New payout accounts wait 24 hours before their first payout.
What happens next
When a reviewed withdrawal is approved, you're emailed and it goes in the next batch. If it's refused, the money returns to Available and the email explains why.
Troubleshooting
- "Verify your identity first." Withdrawals need an approved ID check.
- "Turn on two-step sign-in before withdrawing." Your account needs it. See two-step sign-in.
- "Your balance is on hold. Contact support." An account restriction is in place. See strikes and restrictions.
- "Our team is checking this payout account." Wait for Approved by our team.
- "Your last tap is still being handled." Wait a moment; don't tap twice.
Good to know
- Pending isn't withdrawable: released money stays Pending for 14 days first.
- Returned withdrawals go back to Available straight away.
- Agencies: only the agency owner withdraws from the agency Balance.
Note: Limits and fees are set by Belancer and can change. The Withdraw screen always shows the current ones.
Tip: If you need a large amount, split it across days within the daily limit, or plan ahead for a review.
Questions and answers
Why is my withdrawal being checked by the team?
Withdrawals above ৳5,000, the first few withdrawals of a new seller, and some flagged by safety checks are reviewed by Finance before they're sent.
How long does a review take?
Finance checks withdrawals on working days. Once approved, it goes in the next batch and you're emailed.
Why are withdrawals paused after I changed my password?
If someone else changed it, the pause stops them taking your money. It lifts automatically on the date shown.
Do I pay tax on withdrawals?
If a tax deduction ever applies, it's shown in the summary before you confirm. You are responsible for your own income tax.
Is the daily limit per method?
No. ৳10,00,000 is for all your withdrawals in a day together.
Why can't I withdraw USD?
USD withdrawals aren't open yet, and converting USD to BDT opens soon. Your USD stays safe on its card.
